Crops
New custom crops and what they grow.
Introduction
Custom crops on United Lands work a bit differently, while mechanically they behave much the same way as vanilla crops, they posses some unique features that make them stand out. The primary differentiator is that some crops are biome specific.
As a geopolitical server it is important to add some regional variation to different places across the map, to encourage politics and trade between these places. One way we do this is by locking certain crops to certain biomes.
Below is a list of all new crops and some information about them.
Crops
Vegetables
One of the most important food groups.

Bell Pepper
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Flower Forests, Birch Forests, Jungles, Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops bell peppers.

Chili Pepper
Can grow in: Deserts, Savannas, Windswept Savannas, Savanna Plateaus, Jungles, Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops chili peppers.

Cucumber
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Flower Forests, Birch Forests, Jungles, Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Can be planted on grass and similar blocks.
Drops cucumbers.

Garlic
Can grow in: Any biome.
Drops garlic.
Does not use seeds, instead plant the onion itself. Can be bought at the Spawn Trader Bazaar.
Can be obtained by killing zombies.

Onion
Can grow in: Any biome.
Drops onions.
Does not use seeds, instead plant the onion itself. Can be bought at the Spawn Trader Bazaar.
Can be obtained by killing zombies.

Peas
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Taigas.
Can right-click harvest.
Can be planted on grass and similar blocks.
Drops peas.

Tomato
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Flower Forests, Birch Forests, Jungles, Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Can be planted on grass and similar blocks.
Drops tomatoes.

Fruits
Sweet and colourful!

Blueberry
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Taigas.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops blueberries.

Coffee Plants
Can grow in: Jungles, Sparse Jungles, Deserts.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops coffee beans.
Does not use seeds, instead plant the coffee bean itself. Can be bought at Port Antiguos.
Can be obtained by killing zombies.

Grapes
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Flower Forests, Birch Forests, Savannas, Windswept Savannas, Savanna Plateaus.
Can right-click harvest.
Can be planted on grass and similar blocks.
Drops grapes.

Kiwi
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Jungles, and Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Can be planted on grass and similar blocks.
Drops kiwis.

Pineapple
Can grow in: Jungles, Sparse Jungles.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops pineapples.
Does not use seeds, instead plant the pineapple itself. Can be bought at Port Antiguos.
Can be obtained by killing zombies.

Raspberry
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Taigas.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops raspberries.

Strawberry
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Taigas.
Can right-click harvest.
Drops strawberries.

Other Crops
Special crops that are unique or not prevalent enough to have their own category.

Corn
Can grow in: Plains, Forests, Birch Forests, Flower Forests, Savannas, Savanna Plateaus.
Drops corn.

Peanuts
Can grow in: Plains, Savannas, Windswept Savannas, Savanna Plateaus.
Drops peanuts.
Does not use seeds, instead plant the peanut itself. Can be bought at Port Antiguos.
Can be obtained by killing zombies.

Seeds
Seeds are used to grow crops and can be obtained by breaking down the crop or buying them from traders or other players.

Bell Pepper Seeds
Can be bought at the Spawn Trader Bazaar.
One bell pepper can be used to make four seeds.
Blueberry Seeds
Can be bought at the Spawn Trader Bazaar.
One blueberry can be used to make four seeds.
Raspberry Seeds
Can be bought at the Spawn Trader Bazaar.
One raspberry can be used to make four seeds.
